The Entropy Assessment is the operational expression of the Organizational Entropy & Extropy Model. It measures the conditions that produce organizational entropy — the tendency of an enterprise to drift toward misalignment, friction, and coordination failure unless continuous effort is applied to hold it together. The instrument's job is to make that entropy visible, by dimension and by sub-theme, so the reduction work can be targeted rather than generic.
